JoAnna Parker uses the lessons she’s learned running her own local business for the past decade to help others get the most out of their membership with the Chamber. As the owner and operator of Rival Sign Company and with over seven years of leadership experience at the Chamber, she understands the strength and success that can happen when local businesses come together. JoAnna works to make sure that this success is good for the Chamber members, but also for the community. She excels at building relationships and mobilizing those around her to make a difference. She serves as the president of the White Settlement Independent School District education foundation and is an industry advisor for the WSISD Career and Technology program, showing that she doesn’t just talk about serving the community, she lives it. She prides herself on making the Chamber a place where all voices are heard and considered. One of her greatest strengths is the ability to draw inspiration from the Chamber’s past while still pushing forward and embracing new and exciting directions for the organization. Some of her goals for the Chamber include increasing the number of community events that the Chamber is involved in and continuing to grow the membership of the Chamber.

Ann Elias

Ann Elias has a diverse background of skills that makes her an invaluable asset to the Chamber. For many years she owned and ran a technology business, has worked in the medical field as a phlebotomist and x-ray tech, and also has extensive experience in sales, event planning, marketing, and executive level administrative tasks. She is currently the Executive Administrative Assistant at the City of White Settlement where she works closely with the City Manager and elected officials. She also helps run the Pecan Grove Convention Center and has provided leadership guidance for Splash Dayz Water Park. Ann has a selfless attitude and is always ready to lend her vast array of skills and knowledge to help anyone around her. With a father who worked in the defense industry, Ann grew up and went to school in Israel, Egypt, Iran and other parts of Europe, gaining valuable insight on other cultures. This gives her a unique perspective that can assist the Chamber and its members as they do business. Her goals include fostering a deeper and more active relationship between the Chamber and the City of White Settlement while also helping the Chamber continue to grow. She also wants to help businesses that join the Chamber get the most out of their membership and utilize it to help them succeed.

Stacy Keanaaina (McCaffrey)

Stacy Keanaaina has been a REALTOR since 2017. She has developed her skill to help clients get through what can sometimes be difficult transactions through creative problem solving. She has been mentoring and training other agents for most of that time and is grateful to have the opportunity to share that with other business leaders here in the White Settlement Area. She was raised in White Settlement, went through White Settlement schools, and her children are second-generation Brewer Bears. Being in the Chamber provides an opportunity to be hands-on with the community. Her goal is to help other businesses see the White Settlement area as welcoming and ripe with opportunities to grow.

Ken Botts brings over 35 years of diverse experience to the Chamber, with a successful career in both the food service and pet care industries. As the Owner of Creekside Critters Pet Sitters, Ken has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to build and manage a thriving business. His background in the food service sector, combined with his passion for animal care, gives him a unique perspective on entrepreneurship. A dedicated volunteer and mentor, Ken enjoys guiding businesses through every stage of growth—from startups to well-established companies—by helping them navigate challenges in planning, operations, and strategic development. His deep understanding of business dynamics, coupled with his commitment to fostering strong, vibrant communities, makes him a valuable resource for Chamber members. Ken is driven by a vision to see the Chamber expand as a dynamic, supportive network, ensuring that all local businesses have the tools and support they need to succeed while contributing to a prosperous future for the community.

Robert Nunley

Robert Nunley brings a valuable skill set to the Chamber. Over his 20+ year career in local government, Robert has worked with businesses at every level of development. From the initial discussions with a potential business, to plan review and inspection, and then through opening and beyond. Robert's position as Planning and Development Director keeps him involved and knowledgeable about every step. Having two decades of experience with businesses and the difficulties they can face gives him a unique ability to help Chamber members no matter what phase their business happens to be in. His goals include seeing the Chamber continue to grow and be hands on as a member of the community and as a resource to its members so every business in the area has the highest chance of success.

Teresa Dye
Director
Retired Banking
Teresa Dye brings a unique blend of skills that make her a key contributor to the Chamber. With more than 37 years in the financial service industry, Teresa is exceptionally well-suited to help the Chamber, and its members grow and understand their businesses. She can analyze performance and, through an understanding of strengths and opportunities, create and execute a plan that can lead to accomplishing important objectives. While her business and financial acumen is a clear strength. Teresa is also an active volunteer and contributor to important causes. As part of The Jackson Project, she helps improve the quality of life for families affected by Leukodystrophy by financially supporting them with obtaining equipment or services they need. She also has a heart for coaching and mentoring others and helping them achieve their goals. Teresa enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, baking, and doing crafting such as woodworking and engraving. Her goals for the Chamber include helping the organization stay connected and aware of what is happening in the community. She also wants to help promote and support local businesses through various means including networking events, advocacy, and access to resources.

Audra Mead

Audra Mead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the transportation industry and private education. Over her 11-year tenure in transportation and outside sales, Audra excelled in establishing lasting business relationships and securing contracts, demonstrating her ability to connect with clients and drive business growth. Transitioning to the role of Director of Development at a private Christian Academy, Audra spent a decade mastering the art of fundraising and event coordination. Her responsibilities included organizing large-scale events, securing grants, and making impactful corporate presentations. Her success in these areas is a testament to her skills as a self-starter, motivator, and multitasker, consistently achieving her goals while maintaining a gracious and professional demeanor. Currently, Audra serves as the manager at the Chamber of Commerce, where she plays a vital role in promoting and advancing the principles of the organization. She is responsible for organizing a range of services for Chamber members, managing the Chamber’s website, and overseeing key events, including the annual awards program that honors local businesses and business leaders. By focusing on these areas, the Chamber of Commerce can help create a vibrant, connected community where businesses can thrive, residents are engaged, and the local economy continues to grow. Audra’s ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with professionalism makes her an invaluable asset to the Chamber and the community it serves.
