The White Settlement Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce a new online member portal powered by Wild Apricot. If you’ve recently received (or soon will receive) an email invitation from Wild Apricot inviting you to log in, this is legitimate Chamber communication—not spam.
We’re keeping our main public website exactly where it is at https://whitesettlement-tx.com. That site will continue to be the place visitors and the community go for Chamber news, information, and resources. What we’re adding is a dedicated member portal at https://portal.whitesettlement-tx.com so members have a simple, secure place to manage their own information and stay connected.
Why We’re Doing This
The portal gives members a convenient way to:
- Update their contact information, business details, and profile so the public member directory stays accurate
- View and register for Chamber events
- Access member-only resources and communications
- Keep their membership information current without waiting on staff
Public-facing content such as the member directory and events will continue to appear on the main website (whitesettlement-tx.com), drawing from the same system. The portal is simply the private side for members.
What to Expect in the Email
The invitation email comes from Wild Apricot (the membership platform we’re using). It will direct you to the portal so you can set up or reset your password and log in. Once you’re in, you can review and update your profile so your business information is accurate in the directory.
You can log in at https://portal.whitesettlement-tx.com using your email address. Options to sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple are also available. If you don’t remember a password or this is your first time, use the “Forgot password” link on the login page.
Our Main Website Stays the Same
Nothing changes for the public or for anyone visiting whitesettlement-tx.com. We’re simply giving members a better tool to keep their information up to date and stay engaged with Chamber activities. The portal even includes a note confirming that we will continue to maintain our primary website at the existing address.
