ESC Region 11 is one of 20 education service centers established by the Texas State Legislature in 1967, and known as the Texas System of Education Service Centers - Read more about the system of 20 service centers .
As an intermediary educational agency, ESC Region 11 provides professional development, technical assistance and management of educational programs to 77 public school districts and 52 charter campuses in a 10-county area in north central Texas. The Region 11 area includes 65,835 educators and more than 551,503 students.
In an area covering 10 counties of North Texas, Region 11 services an area equal to the state of New Jersey in size. School districts in this region range in size from Fort Worth Independent School District's large metropolitan schools to small rural districts with only one building housing a total of 80 students for grades K-9.
The Service Center is centrally located in White Settlement, Texas and is surrounded by many community and cultural resources.

The Quality Management System (QMS) of Education Service Center Region 11 (ESC Region 11) is in conformance with standards set by ISO 9001:2008. Conformance to ISO indicates that ESC programs and services meet the quality management standards of the International Organization of Standards which is recognized in more than 100 countries throughout the world.
The QMS of ESC Region 11 addresses crucial areas of operation, including customer needs assessment, program design, development and delivery, data analysis, and customer satisfaction assessment.
The QMS ensures that the policies, practices, and procedures of ESC Region 11 result in consistent quality of services and work products provided to our customers.
